Maintenance Associate
Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties; effect repairs and adjustments as needed. Install, repair, rebuild, and otherwise maintain facility equipment. Perform minor fabrication of parts using mills, lathes, grinders, etc. Support manufacturing processes. Complete all required paperwork, quality records, documents, etc. Perform competent electrical construction of conduit runs, wire pulls, terminations, and electrical component installations. Maintain PLCs, CNC control circuits, and primary power. Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
1 – 3 years of work experience in manufacturing maintenance or equivalent work experience and education
Hydraulic and pneumatic experience
Demonstrated proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical operations
Knowledge of gas fired burners and boilers
Time Management
Blueprint reading
Troubleshooting skills
AC and DC circuits skills
