Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Lifecycle Service Principles And Experience Working With Product Lifecycle Management Systems.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Customers.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Project Management Software.
