
Human Resource Generalist
Coordinate Recruiting for Salaried personnel through partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. Also interviews, assists with selection, and determines compensation for candidates.Conduct hourly and temporary personnel recruitment efforts. Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding. Assemble HR statistics monthly; turnover, headcount, safety, recruiting, etc. Coordinate and report Emerson requirements; Communication Plans, Salary & Benefits, Ethics Log, and other reports as required. Establish and manage Oracle HRIS, Oracle Recruit, and Oracle Learn information systems. Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Coordinate and/or develop and deliver training to all employees as appropriate. Track mandated and voluntary training for all employees. Coordinate the performance management program annually.
Bachelor's Degree required and minimum 3 years of professional HR experience
Leadership experience, or desire to advance career
PHR/SPHR Certification a plus
