
Compensation Analyst
Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs for several Emerson sites. Initiate and complete analysis including benchmarking to ensure compensation practices are current and competitive to the market on an ongoing basis. Support Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence through compensation reviews of the role and offers. Provide wage analysis and proposals. Participate in strategic salary planning and administration processes and contribute to process improvement initiative. Complete and analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments, business and locations. Ensure the accuracy and reporting of all compensation data, utilizing Oracle HCM system.
5 years of related experience and responsibilities in human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHR or SPHR certification.
Previous experience in leading and supervising others or directing the work of others.
