- Develop and implement CNC programs for our cutting-edge machines to produce high-quality products.
- Operate CNC machines to execute programmed tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand product specifications and programming requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC programming or machine performance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CNC technology and advancements to continuously improve processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to programming as needed.
- Keep detailed records of programming codes and machine settings for future reference.
- Train and mentor other team members on CNC programming and machine operation.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC programming to enhance production capabilities.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cnc Programming And Machining, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Proficient In Using Cad/Cam Software, Such As Mastercam Or Solidworks, To Create And Modify Cnc Programs.
Strong Understanding Of G-Code And M-Code Programming Languages, As Well As Knowledge Of Machining Principles And Techniques.
Ability To Read And Interpret Engineering Drawings And Specifications, And Translate Them Into Efficient And Accurate Cnc Programs.
Experience With Various Cnc Machines, Such As Lathes, Mills, And Routers, And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Programs For Different Machines.
