
Assistant Manager - Projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans and strategies.
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of projects by monitoring progress and identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and budgets to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and ensure project goals are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize their impact on project success.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment to ensure high levels of motivation and engagement.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on project status, performance, and key metrics.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project materials and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and developments to anticipate potential impacts on project execution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Finance to monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Project Management Experience
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders
Proficient In Project Management Software And Tools (E.g. Ms Project, Agile Methodologies)
