  1. Develop and implement innovative additive manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance our product development and production capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas where additive manufacturing can be applied to improve efficiency and product quality.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in additive manufacturing to continuously improve our processes and techniques.
  4. Design and optimize additive manufacturing workflows to ensure cost-effectiveness and time efficiency.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the additive manufacturing process to ensure timely and high-quality production.
  6. Train and mentor team members on additive manufacturing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new materials, equipment, and software for additive manufacturing.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for additive manufacturing processes.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to integrate additive manufacturing into product design and development.
  10. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the additive manufacturing process.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize additive manufacturing processes and increase productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Additive Manufacturing.

  • Expertise In Cad Software, Specifically In 3D Modeling And Design For Additive Manufacturing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Materials Science And Experience With Various Additive Manufacturing Materials.

  • Experience With Process Development And Optimization, Including Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
