We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at Eloquii, the fashion destination for style-conscious curvy women. With an eye for fashion trends and a passion for creating innovative retail experiences, the Merchandise Coordinator will help bring our product to life.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or related discipline, a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, and an understanding of the retail industry. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

-Develop product assortments that reflect current fashion trends and meet the needs of our customers

-Analyze current market trends and customer feedback to determine product assortment strategy

-Collaborate with buying, design, and marketing teams to ensure product assortment aligns with brand vision -Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data in the inventory system -Prepare product launch and promotional materials -Communicate product information to internal teams and external vendors -Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product delivery timelines are met -Monitor product inventory levels and recommend reorders when necessary -Conduct quality assurance checks on products to ensure they meet company standards -Assist in creating store displays and in-store marketing materials -Evaluate product performance and make recommendations for future product assortment.
