We’re looking for a motivated and innovative IT Engineer - eCommerce to join the Eloquii team. As an IT Engineer - eCommerce, you’ll be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience online and in-store. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference to our customers by developing and implementing strategies to ensure our eCommerce operations are running smoothly.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of eCommerce technologies and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about technology and customer experience.The ideal candidate should have:• At least 4 years of experience in eCommerce technologies• Experience managing a web based eCommerce platform• The ability to develop and maintain software and hardware tools• Strong problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you’re ready to make a real difference to our customers’ shopping experience, then this is the job for you. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth eCommerce operations.
Manage a web-based eCommerce platform.
Develop and maintain software and hardware tools.
Solve technical problems and provide technical advice.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in eCommerce.
Monitor system performance to identify potential issues.
Work with the team to develop and enhance customer experience.
Develop and maintain documentation to ensure system integrity.
Provide training and support to staff on eCommerce technologies.
