Job Description

As an Assistant Merchant at Eloquii, you will be an integral part of our team and help us further our mission of empowering women worldwide with fashion. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who can help drive our business forward. You should have a passion for fashion and be excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail buying or related experience, and a strong understanding of the Eloquii customer. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a team setting. Above all, you should have a true passion for fashion and an understanding of how to create compelling assortments that will meet the needs and desires of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Analyze retail buying trends to inform buying decisions and create compelling assortments that meet customer needs and desires.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and maximize sales potential.
Create and execute promotional plans to increase sales and customer engagement.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Eloquii’s product assortment and customer base.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the buying team.
Create and adhere to budgets and timelines.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
