As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall user experience of our games and products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research and gather insights that will inform design decisions and drive the development of exceptional user experiences.   1. Conduct user research studies to gather insights and feedback on our games and products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goals and objectives.
  3. Plan and execute user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and focus groups.
  4. Analyze research data and provide actionable insights to inform design decisions.
  5. Develop research reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  6. Advocate for a user-centered design approach and ensure that user needs are considered throughout the design process.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research to continually improve our processes.
  8. Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that research findings are incorporated into product designs.
  9. Act as a user advocate, and ensure that the user perspective is represented in all stages of product development.
  10. Manage relationships with external research partners and vendors, as needed.
  11. Collaborate with other researchers to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.
  12. Represent the user experience research team in cross-functional meetings and presentations.
  13. Help establish and maintain research standards and best practices within the organization.
  14. Continually assess and improve our research methods and processes to ensure high-quality results.
  15. Contribute to the overall user experience strategy and vision for our games and products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Conducting User Research In A Gaming Or Technology Industry.

  • Proficiency In Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods, Including Usability Testing, Surveys, And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Ability To Apply Them To Product Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Design, Product, And Engineering Teams.
