We are currently seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team and help us communicate complex technical information to a diverse audience.   1. Research and understand complex technical information related to video game development and production.
  2. Write and edit technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and online help systems, for both internal and external audiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
  4. Simplify and translate complex technical concepts and terminology into clear and concise language that is easily understandable for a diverse audience.
  5. Ensure consistency and accuracy of technical information across all documentation and platforms.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and gaming to continuously improve the quality of written materials.
  7. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  8. Conduct reviews and revisions of technical documents to ensure they are error-free and adhere to company standards.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure technical documentation aligns with the company's overall messaging and branding.
  10. Provide support and training to other team members on technical writing best practices and tools.
  11. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating technical information and updates.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes for creating and delivering technical documentation.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to company products and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Technical Writing, English, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Technical Writer For Software Or Gaming Industry.

  • Proficiency In Technical Writing Tools Such As Adobe Framemaker, Robohelp, And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Familiarity With Programming Languages.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Translate Complex Technical Information Into User-Friendly Documentation.
