  11. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, producers, and other team members, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the development process.
  13. Monitor and manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our technological capabilities and promoting our brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Game Development, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Expert Knowledge Of Game Engines Such As Unity Or Unreal Engine.

  • Strong Understanding Of Coding Languages Such As C++, C#, Or Java.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering High-Quality, Aaa Games On Time And Within Budget.
