  1. Design and develop software solutions for Electronic Arts' AdTech team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in various programming languages.
  4. Implement and maintain software features and functionality.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  6. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  7. Work with product managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  8. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  9. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
  11. Ensure software development meets quality standards and follows best practices.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize code to enhance performance and user experience.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Adtech Solutions

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Advertising Ecosystem And Experience With Ad Servers, Dsps, And Ssps

  • Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And Version Control Systems Such As Git
