  1. Maintain the stability, scalability, and efficiency of all online services for Electronic Arts.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with complex systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.
  5. Develop and maintain automated processes to streamline system maintenance and improve efficiency.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates and progress reports on system performance and issues.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  9. Design and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  10. Conduct regular audits and performance tests to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  11. Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical system issues outside of regular business hours.
  12. Collaborate with developers to ensure code changes are properly tested and integrated into the system.
  13. Document all system processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure consistency and maintainability.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall player experience.
  15. Adhere to company security protocols and guidelines to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
  16. Continually assess and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large-Scale Production Environment.

  • Proficiency In Coding And Scripting Languages Such As Python, Java, And Bash.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Experience With Platforms Like Aws Or Azure.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Automation And Continuous Improvement.
