  1. Lead and oversee the entire production process for EA SPORTS™ titles.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with various teams including game designers, developers, artists, and engineers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  4. Utilize strong project management skills to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork among team members.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related updates and progress reports.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and provide direction and guidance to team members.
  8. Continuously monitor and assess project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and advancements to inform project decisions.
  10. Ensure high-quality standards are met for all game production processes.
  11. Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise during the production process.
  12. Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  14. Make strategic decisions to drive the success of EA SPORTS™ titles and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Sports Video Game Industry: A Senior Producer At Ea Sports™ Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Current Market Trends And Competition In The Sports Video Game Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Popular Sports, Player Statistics, And Gameplay Mechanics.

  • Previous Experience In Game Development: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing The Development And Launch Of Aaa Video Games. This Includes Experience In Budgeting, Scheduling, And Managing A Team Of Developers.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Producer, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Producers, Developers, And Other Staff Members. They Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Their Team.

  • Project Management Expertise: The Senior Producer Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects At Once, Each With Its Own Unique Challenges And Deadlines. They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills To Ensure That All Projects Are Delivered On Time And Within Budget.

  • Passion For Gaming And Ea Sports™ Franchises: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Genuine Passion For Gaming And A Deep Understanding Of Ea Sports™ Franchises. This Includes A Strong Knowledge Of The History And Evolution Of These Franchises, As Well As A Desire To Create Innovative And Engaging Gaming Experiences For Players.
