  1. Lead and manage a team of product managers for all game franchises, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for game products, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and finance to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of game franchises.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, player preferences, and opportunities for growth.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive product improvements and optimizations.
  6. Actively monitor and track game performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase player engagement and retention.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the product management team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to enhance game experiences.
  8. Communicate regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing updates on product performance, key initiatives, and future plans.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities, adapting strategies and plans as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador for Electronic Arts, promoting the company's values and mission both internally and externally.
