  1. Lead the design and development of user experiences for Electronic Arts games, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and enjoyable for players.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams including game designers, artists, and developers to understand project goals and requirements.
  3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  5. Collaborate with the UI team to ensure consistency and coherence between visual and interactive design elements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design to continuously improve EA's games.
  7. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow in their roles.
  8. Help establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and quality across all EA games.
  9. Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
  10. Act as a liaison between design, development, and product management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient design process.
  11. Take ownership of projects and proactively identify and solve design problems and challenges.
  12. Represent EA as a thought leader in the field of user experience design, both internally and externally.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the best user experience for EA's games.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall user experience for EA's games, pushing the boundaries of innovation and creativity.
  15. Act as a role model for the team, showcasing a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for gaming and user experience design.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Ux/Ui Design And User-Centered Design Principles.
