  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support the success of the People Experience (PE) department and the overall company goals
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas related to human resources and employee experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to understand their needs and drive positive change
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to support their growth and success
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all employees
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Legal, to ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations
  • Develop and manage the department budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively recommend new strategies and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive business results
  • Serve as a role model for company values and promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and development for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Private Equity Or Venture Capital: A Senior Director, Pe Business Partner At Electronic Arts Must Have A Strong Background In Private Equity Or Venture Capital, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Industry. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Investment Strategies, Deal Structuring, And Portfolio Management.

  • Strong Financial Acumen: The Candidate Must Possess Exceptional Financial Skills And Be Able To Analyze Complex Financial Data And Make Informed Decisions. They Should Have Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting, As Well As A Solid Understanding Of Financial Principles And Best Practices.

  • Leadership And Management Experience: As A Senior Director, The Candidate Must Have Proven Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.
