Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Brand Marketing, Preferably Within The Skateboarding Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Skateboarding Culture And Community, Including Current Trends, Influencers, And Key Players.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies For Skateboarding Brands, With A Focus On Driving Sales And Brand Awareness.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Work Environment.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Brand Messaging And Strategy To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
