
SEA Community Engagement Manager

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for community engagement in Southeast Asia that aligns with Electronic Arts' overall goals and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community by actively engaging with players, addressing their concerns, and promoting a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Electronic Arts, representing the company and its values within the Southeast Asian gaming community.
- Monitor and analyze community sentiment, feedback, and trends to inform decision-making and improve community engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and game development, to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to community engagement.
- Create and curate compelling and relevant content for various community channels, such as social media, forums, and events, to engage and retain players.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influential community members, content creators, and local partners to expand the reach and impact of community engagement efforts.
- Develop and manage community programs, such as beta testing, events, and loyalty programs, to strengthen player loyalty and drive positive word-of-mouth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and implement innovative approaches to continuously improve the community experience.
- Collaborate with the global community engagement team to share learnings, best practices, and resources and ensure consistency and alignment in community engagement efforts across regions.
A Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Community Engagement Or Social Media Management, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Sea Gaming Market And Culture, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Community Engagement Strategies In The Region.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Players, Influencers, And Other Stakeholders.
A Passion For Gaming And A Deep Understanding Of Electronic Arts' Products And Services.
