  1. Oversee the release process for highly anticipated titles, specifically for the Battlefield franchise.
  2. Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely launch of the game.
  3. Develop and maintain a detailed release plan, including timelines and milestones, to ensure all aspects of the release are properly coordinated and executed.
  4. Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing and PR, to ensure a cohesive and effective release strategy.
  5. Monitor and track progress of the release plan, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or delays.
  6. Communicate release updates and progress to all relevant parties, including management and team members.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues that may arise during the release process.
  8. Coordinate and manage pre-release testing and post-release evaluations to ensure a high-quality gaming experience for players.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the release process to continuously improve and innovate.
  10. Act as a point of contact for any questions or concerns related to the release, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  11. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among all team members.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the release process, making recommendations for improvements and implementing them as needed.
  13. Represent the company and the Battlefield franchise in a professional and enthusiastic manner, showcasing a deep understanding and passion for the gaming industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Release Management Role, Preferably In A Gaming Or Software Development Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes, Including Agile And Scrum Methodologies.

  • Experience With Version Control Systems, Build Tools, And Release Automation Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
