As a Quality Designer at EA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and success of our products.   1. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of all game features and mechanics to ensure high-quality and bug-free products.
  2. Collaborate with game designers, developers, and other team members to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
  3. Develop and implement test plans and strategies for new and existing games.
  4. Utilize a variety of testing methods, tools, and techniques to identify and report any defects or issues.
  5. Provide detailed and timely feedback to the development team on the quality and usability of the game.
  6. Continuously monitor and track bug reports, following up on their resolution and verifying fixes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in game testing and quality assurance.
  8. Contribute to the overall improvement of the game development process by providing suggestions and ideas for game design and development.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the game meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
  10. Act as an advocate for the player, ensuring that the game provides a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  11. Maintain and update documentation related to game testing and quality assurance processes.
  12. Participate in playtesting and provide suggestions for improvements and adjustments to game features.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular status updates on testing progress.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Uphold company values and maintain a positive and professional attitude towards work and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Design Role, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design Software, Such As Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And The Ability To Apply Them To Various Mediums, Including Print, Digital, And Video.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Marketers, And Project Managers.
