As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process from concept to launch, ensuring that our games meet high quality standards while staying on budget and on schedule.   1. Oversee the development process of our games from concept to launch.
  2. Ensure that all games meet high quality standards.
  3. Manage and stay within budget constraints for each project.
  4. Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of games.
  5. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that game concepts align with company goals.
  6. Monitor and track progress of game development, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  7. Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in game development.
  11. Work closely with the development team to ensure the game design is aligned with the creative vision.
  12. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments, such as art, design, and programming.
  13. Make decisions and provide guidance to ensure the game meets all technical, creative, and commercial requirements.
  14. Responsible for managing and delegating tasks to production team members.
  15. Ensure that all legal and contractual obligations are met.
  16. Represent the company during public events and conventions.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the production team.
  18. Serve as a liaison between the production team and upper management.
  19. Continuously track and report game performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
  20. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through your passion, expertise, and enthusiasm for the gaming industry.

  • Extensive Experience In The Video Game Industry, With A Deep Understanding Of Game Development Processes And Workflows.
