  • Monitor and troubleshoot live game servers and services to ensure optimal performance and stability
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting live games
  • Implement and maintain processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of live operations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for live operations procedures and best practices
  • Analyze player feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for game updates and changes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support and community management, to address player concerns and provide exceptional player experiences
  • Manage and execute live events and promotions to engage players and drive user retention
  • Monitor game metrics and provide regular reports on game performance and player engagement to stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve live operations strategies
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for live games and services.
