We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead Economy Game Product Manager for our NHL game franchise. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of in-game economies, driving player engagement and retention, and maximizing revenue for the NHL game. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and strategic individual to make a significant impact on one of our flagship titles.   1. Develop and implement the overall in-game economy strategy for the NHL game franchise, including setting pricing and monetization models, virtual currency systems, and player progression systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, marketing, and analytics, to design and implement engaging and profitable in-game economies.
  3. Analyze player behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for monetization and player retention, and use data to drive decision-making.
  4. Continuously monitor and optimize in-game economies to ensure a balance between player satisfaction and revenue generation.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of economy designers and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of the economy strategy.
  6. Work closely with the game development team to ensure that in-game economies are integrated seamlessly into gameplay and align with the overall vision for the NHL game franchise.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting in-game purchases and events to drive revenue and increase player engagement.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to in-game economies and player retention, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into our games.
  9. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management on the performance of in-game economies and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
  10. Serve as the subject matter expert on in-game economies for the NHL game franchise, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
