  1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the sports industry, including leagues, teams, athletes, and other relevant organizations.
  2. Create and implement strategic plans for partnerships and programs that align with EA's overall business objectives.
  3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for partnerships and programs.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, development, and sales, to ensure successful execution of partnership and program initiatives.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for partnerships and programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations of partnerships and programs, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  8. Serve as a spokesperson for EA's sports titles, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the sports industry, and use this knowledge to inform partnership and program strategies.
