  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and ensure smooth development processes.
  4. Provide direction and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Identify and mitigate any potential risks that may impact the project timeline or quality.
  6. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve development processes and strategies.
  8. Work closely with the production team to manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  9. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the game's vision is maintained throughout development.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team to drive the development of unique and immersive gaming experiences.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  13. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for new team members as needed.
  14. Ensure all development processes and practices are in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with external partners and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Product Development And Project Management, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering High-Quality Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
