- Develop and implement DEI initiatives and programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure DEI is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
- Collaborate with employee resource groups and other internal stakeholders to create a sense of belonging and foster a culture of inclusion.
- Plan and facilitate trainings and workshops on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Regularly communicate and report on the progress and impact of DEI efforts to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in DEI.
- Act as a resource and provide support to employees on DEI-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to support DEI initiatives.
- Ensure all policies and practices are in alignment with DEI principles and advocate for necessary changes.
- Monitor and track diversity metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
- Collaborate with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to promote diversity in hiring practices.
- Serve as a liaison for DEI-related matters between employees and management.
- Encourage and facilitate open and respectful dialogue around diversity and inclusion.
- Serve as a role model for DEI values and behaviors within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Human Resources, Diversity And Inclusion, Or Organizational Psychology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Work, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Current Dei Best Practices And Industry Trends, And Ability To Implement Them Within A Large Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Individuals At All Levels Of The Company.
Experience Developing And Implementing Dei Programs And Initiatives, Including Training, Recruitment Strategies, And Employee Resource Groups.
