  1. Collaborate with game development teams to identify and report bugs, glitches, and other issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Conduct thorough testing of gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and other game features to ensure they meet quality standards.
  3. Create and execute test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of the game, including gameplay, audio, graphics, and multiplayer functionality.
  4. Utilize a variety of testing methods, such as manual testing, automation testing, and exploratory testing, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide regular updates on testing progress and any discovered issues.
  6. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving game features and overall quality based on testing results.
  7. Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues.
  8. Monitor and track reported issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  9. Conduct post-release testing to ensure all reported issues have been resolved and the game meets quality standards.
  10. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, game development processes, and quality assurance techniques to improve testing strategies.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the game's target audience and provide valuable insights on gameplay and user experience.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  13. Uphold company values and policies while representing Electronic Arts as a brand ambassador in the gaming community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Game Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In The Game Industry Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Quality Assurance And Design.

  • Strong Understanding Of Game Design Principles And The Ability To Apply Them To Ensure High-Quality Gameplay Experiences.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Provide Constructive Feedback.
