  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for game economy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, to drive revenue and improve player experience.
  2. Analyze and monitor game data, player feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the game economy.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure they are aligned with the vision and goals of the game economy.
  4. Collaborate with game designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure game economy is integrated seamlessly into the overall game experience.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of the game economy to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue generation.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in game economy and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on the performance of the game economy, including presenting reports and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotions and events that drive engagement and revenue.
  9. Take ownership of budget and resource allocation for game economy initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to game economy.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Electronic Arts, representing the company and its products in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Specifically In Game Economy And Monetization.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Gaming Industry, Including Current Trends And Player Behaviors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Game Economies To Drive Revenue And Player Engagement.
