  1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of live operations for Electronic Arts gaming products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement live operations strategies that align with overall business goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of live operations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth operation of live services.
  5. Manage and prioritize tasks and projects related to live operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of live operations processes and procedures, implementing necessary changes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  10. Serve as a point of contact for all live operations related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in live operations.
  12. Report regularly to management on the performance of live operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to live operations.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and passion for gaming.

Job Qualifications
