We are currently seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Development Manager for a 12-month temporary position in our Creative Innovation department. As an Associate Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of creative and innovative projects within our organization. We are looking for someone with a passion for gaming, a strong understanding of project management, and a creative mindset to help drive our company forward.   1. Support the development and execution of creative and innovative projects within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with the Creative Innovation team to brainstorm and develop new gaming concepts and ideas.
  3. Assist in project planning and ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  4. Communicate project progress and updates to team members and stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate with different departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project delivery.
  6. Conduct research and gather data to support project development and decision-making.
  7. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  9. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  11. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to contribute to the development of cutting-edge gaming experiences.
  12. Support the development of team members through coaching and mentoring.
  13. Attend team meetings and provide input and suggestions for project improvement.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure project compliance.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Creative Innovation department.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Communications.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Product Development In The Gaming Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Creative Innovation And Ability To Develop And Implement New Ideas.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
