- Develop and maintain the visual direction and aesthetic vision for all projects within Electronic Arts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the visual elements align with the overall game design and narrative.
- Inspire and lead a team of artists to create high-quality and visually stunning game assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into the visual direction of projects.
- Create and maintain style guides to ensure consistency across all game assets.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to artists to help them improve and grow.
- Work closely with other departments, such as game designers and programmers, to ensure the visual direction is cohesive and enhances the overall gameplay experience.
- Communicate with stakeholders and present design concepts and updates throughout the development process.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring all artwork is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the art production process to increase efficiency and quality.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Design Trends And Techniques.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Art Direction For Video Games Or Related Industry.
Proficiency In Industry Standard Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And 3D Modeling Software.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Artists.
