- Lead and manage a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, marketing, and finance, to identify key business questions and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and proactively identify opportunities to improve game performance and user experience through data analysis.
- Monitor game performance metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for game updates and enhancements.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and other experiments to optimize game features and mechanics, and measure the impact of these changes on player engagement and revenue.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
