At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member to join our team. We value a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for hospitality and a desire to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of six months of food service experience, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong work ethic. You must also be committed to providing excellent customer service and be able to adapt to different customer needs. Additionally, you must have strong communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining areas
• Adhere to health and safety regulations during food preparation and service
• Follow instructions from supervisors
• Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and efficient service
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies
• Help train new team members
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned
