This position requires an individual who is passionate about providing an incredible customer service experience, enjoys working as part of a team, and loves the Einstein Bros. Bagels brand. The ideal candidate for this position is a hardworking, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is ready to take on the responsibility of being a part of the Einstein Bros. Bagels team. Responsibilities: • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment • Greet customers and answer their questions regarding menu items and promotions • Prepare food items according to company procedures and standards • Accurately ring up orders and collect payment • Keep work areas clean and organized • Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are met and followed • Ensure all orders are correct and delivered in a timely manner • Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient shift • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
