Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and take orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, bagels, and other menu items
• Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Work as part of a team to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
• Upsell menu items to customers
• Assist with inventory and restocking
