Shift Leader

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Shift Leader to join the Einstein Bros. Bagels team. The ideal candidate is an upbeat individual who loves working with customers and is passionate about coffee and bagels. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly, while providing excellent customer service. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable supervising a team of employees.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a quick learner, and be able to multi-task. You must also have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and be able to work flexible shifts. 7. Prepare and review sales reports and other operational documents.
8. Monitor employee attendance and schedule shifts as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
10. Create and implement plans to increase sales and improve operations.
