1. Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and operational goals.
2. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
3. Monitor staff performance, coach and provide feedback to ensure that team members are performing to expectations.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
5. Monitor inventory and supplies and place orders as needed.
6. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
7. Schedule staff and manage shift assignments.
8. Balance the cash register and prepare end-of-day reports.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
