You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with a variety of materials. Most importantly, you must be passionate about helping Eileen Fisher Inc create beautiful visuals that will resonate with our customers.
