Training Specialist

This individual should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and have experience in the design of learning experiences.To be successful in this role, the Training Specialist should have strong project management skills, be able to analyze and interpret data, and have a demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate training programs. In addition, the candidate should have a solid understanding of adult learning principles, be creative and innovative, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and developing e-learning content is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage training programs and initiatives for Eileen Fisher Inc.
2. Analyze and interpret data to track training effectiveness and optimize training programs.
3. Design and create learning experiences for employees.
4. Lead and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
5. Utilize adult learning principles to create effective training materials.
6. Manage project timelines and budgets related to training initiatives.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure training objectives are met.
8. Use a Learning Management System (LMS) and develop e-learning content.
9. Update training materials and programs to reflect changes in technology or processes.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for training development and delivery.
