We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development, and has an eye for detail, as our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs and initiatives.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in instructional design, training, and/or development. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships.The Training Specialist will be a key member of the learning and development team and will be responsible for creating and driving innovative and engaging training programs that drive business improvement and drive employee engagement.
