Sustainability Specialist

Eileen Fisher Inc is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sustainability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our sustainability strategy and developing initiatives that will ensure our environmental and social commitments are met. We are looking for a self-starter who can think creatively and work collaboratively to identify and implement sustainable solutions.To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding and knowledge of sustainability principles and practices. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently. A degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and projects that align with the company’s environmental and social commitments.
2. Research and evaluate current sustainability initiatives and recommend innovative solutions.
3. Analyze data and trends relating to sustainability to inform strategies and initiatives.
4. Monitor progress towards sustainability goals and report back to management.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainability objectives are met.
6. Develop and implement education and training programs to raise awareness of sustainability.
7. Stay up to date with the latest sustainability and fashion industry trends.
8. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
9. Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.
