Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and strategies to reduce environmental impact and inspire change in the fashion industry.
2. Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful execution of sustainability initiatives.
3. Monitor progress of sustainability initiatives and track progress towards established goals.
4. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest sustainability trends and best practices in the fashion industry.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sustainability efforts are aligned with company objectives.
6. Develop compelling and informative materials to promote sustainability initiatives within the company.
7. Foster a customer-first mentality by engaging with customers and educating them on the importance of sustainability.
8. Work with external partners and vendors to ensure that sustainability efforts are in line with industry standards.
9. Work with marketing and communications teams to develop effective campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness of sustainability initiatives.
10. Analyze data to measure the impact of sustainability initiatives.
