A high level of professionalism and a commitment to meeting customer expectations are essential. This candidate must also be friendly, outgoing, and be able to work independently. Experience with retail POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner and provide assistance to customers as needed.
2. Provide customers with information regarding available products, special promotions, and other services.
3. Suggest additional items to customers to increase sales.
4. Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive shopping experience.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment.
8. Assist in visual merchandising and window displays.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures.
10. Remain current on all new products and trends in the fashion industry.
