The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as fashion, design, or merchandising, and a minimum of 3-5 years of product development experience. The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. The candidate should also be highly creative, have a passion for fashion, and have a strong interest in staying ahead of current fashion trends.
