Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the entire logistics process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and carriers to ensure competitive pricing and excellent service.
3. Analyze current logistics systems and processes and recommend improvements.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that products are shipped on time and in accordance with company policies.
5. Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
6. Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
7. Develop and implement strategies for reducing logistics costs.
8. Resolve any customer service issues related to the delivery of products.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and safety standards.
