The candidate must also possess a positive attitude and the ability to work independently without close supervision. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities: -Maintain customer orders, payments, and other related logistics -Ensure efficient and accurate delivery of products to customers -Monitor customer needs and ensure all operations run smoothly -Communicate effectively with customers, other departments, and third parties -Maintain accuracy and attention to detail -Provide excellent customer service and support -Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics issues that may arise -Manage data and paperwork for all logistics activities -Develop and implement best practices for logistics operations -Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency
