The Sr. Accounts Payable role is responsible for the company’s financial reporting, such as its monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Record journal entries. Expense allocations and Balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial package. Prepare monthly management reporting. Manage core accounting functions like Cash reconciliation. Accounts receivable, billing, collections. Revenue recognition (primarily advertising), deferred revenue. Compensation expenses. Accounts payable, accrued expenses, expense reports and Prepaid expenses, fixed assets to name a few.
Minimum 5-8 years of operational accounting experience at a technology company
Solid understanding of accounting thoery and GAAP
